Island Warriors: Earth Camp
July 21st to August 3rd and August 18th to August 31st – Embark on an immersive adventure at our private island paradise in the Maldives this summer.
Turtle on Call
Get a glimpse into the lives of some of the Maldives’ sea turtles with the help of our Marine Biologist. Don’t miss your chance to see a mother turtle lay her eggs in the sand, tiny hatchlings make their way to the ocean, or come to the aid of turtles who need assistance. Please let your Barefoot Guardian know so they can add your name to the Turtle On Call register.
Island Astronauts: Space Camp
Join us on a galactic quest led by American astronaut, Nicole Stott, and space advisor Christina Korp. Inspiring for children and adults alike — learn about outer space through art, food and movement.
White Shark Night Snorkel
Our boat will take you from the resort to find the whale sharks in the sea, where you can choose to join them under the waves or simply watch them from the deck.
Light Tackle and Fly Fishing
Most light tackle and fishing sites are within 30 minutes of our resort. For the keen fishing adventurer, we can also fish the whole atoll.
Game Fishing
We offer game fishing via our Marine Sports Centre boat, or our luxury yacht, ‘Cameron’. Highlights include blue marlin, large yellowfin, wahoo, sailfish and more.
Lavadhoo Sleepover
If you’ve ever wanted to know the thrill of having an entire private island to yourself, then this is the experience for you. Our uninhabited private island, Lavadhoo, will be yours for the night, with touches of luxury to make the evening even more memorable.
Padel Court
Padel is a singles or doubles racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash.
Diving
Only 33 sites in the Thaa Atoll have been chronicled, but there are numerous unexplored channels and reefs, for divers of all levels.
Turtle Expedition Snorkel
A short briefing will be given about the turtle species around the island, followed by a 20-minute boat ride to a beautiful outer reef where you can see these gentle creatures, as well as other reef fish, in their natural habitat.
Surfing
At COMO Maalifushi, we have partnered with luxury surf outfitters, Tropicsurf, for exciting adventures and teaching for all levels.
Dolphin Watching
Watch wild dolphins as they migrate in pods through our atoll. As you watch all this you can enjoy the beautiful sunset panorama, sip Champagne and feast on a gourmet canapé platter.
Family Castaway Picnic
Swim, sunbathe, nap and make memories as a family with our castaway picnic.
Watersports
COMO Maalifushi offers motorised water sports activities for the more adventurous traveller. Guests can zip around the lagoon, experiencing the heart-pounding fun of wakeboarding, waterskiing and tubing.
Private Boat Charters
Private boat charters can be tailored to meet your particular interests. Please note that if you would like to visit the nearest resort — which is one hour away from COMO Maalifushi — we require advance permission before confirming your trip.
Romantic Beach Dinner
Make memories under a canopy of stars. Our team can set up an intimate dining table on the deck beside your private pool, or in a secluded part of the beach.
Aqua Safari
Join our marine biologist for an in-depth guide of the coral reef. You will set out from the house jetty with your snorkels, and our marine biologist will provide interesting facts about the marine creatures you spot along the way.
Catamaran Sailing
Sail in harmony with the wind and the water as our captain takes you around the lagoon, showcasing some of the Indian Ocean’s finest panoramas.
Coral Propagation
We have teamed up with Seamarc — a marine consultancy company — to plant new coral frames on the seafloor, which encourage new reefs to grow and prosper.
Reef Explore
This guided excursion takes you to two different reef sites near COMO Maalifushi where you will discover vibrant coral colours and abundant marine life.
Guided Water Activities
We have professional watersports guides who can take you on tours by kayak, stand-up paddleboard and catamaran, to snorkel or windsurf in privacy.
Romantic Dhoni Cruise
Watch a Maldivian sunset while relaxing on lounge-style cushions with a glass of Champagne, as our captain navigates across the atoll.
